Rafah Crossing Border Closed Today
RAFAH, March 13, 2007, (WAFA)-Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) has abruptly closed on Tuesday Rafah Crossing Border, which is the only path that connects the Gaza Strip (GS) with the outside world.
Presidential Guard and Crossing Media Spokesperson, Wael Thahab said that the Israeli authorities have barred the European Observatory Mission to reach the Crossing.
Yesterday, it was announced for re-operating it for three day running in both directions.
Israeli Occupation Forces closed the crossing four months ago in light of the Israeli campaign on the Gaza Strip "Summer Rains", and only reopened during emergency cases.
