Israeli Vessels Open Fire on Gaza Shore
GAZA, March 12, 2007 (WAFA) - Israeli warboats opened fire on Al-Soudaniya district north of Gaza earlier on Monday but no injuries were reported.
Security sources said that Israeli warboats stationed across the shores of Gaza opened heavy fire on Al-Soudaniya, spreading fear among citizens, mainly women and chidren.
The Israeli warboats got closer and closer to Gaza beaches which forced fishing boats to head back to shore, sources added.
