Phone Call between President Abbas, Saudi FM
PARIS, February 24, 2007 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas had Saturday a phone call with the Saudi Foreign Minister, Saud Bin Faisal.
During the phone call, President Abbas briefed the Saudi FM on the results of his European tour which aims at winning international support to Mecca Agreement and the formation of a national unity government as well as the launching of a meaningful peace process.
President Abbas thanked King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia for his continued support to the Palestinian people which was recently embodied in reaching the Mecca agreement.
