President Abbas Meets with French FM
PARIS, February 24, 2007 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas met Saturday in Paris with French Minister of Foreign Affairs, Philippe Douste-Blazy.
During the meeting, President Abbas briefed Douste-Blazy on the results of his current European tour in which he met with several European leaders.
President Abbas' tour aims at winning international support to the Mecca Agreement, reviving a meaningful peace process reaching a Palestinian independent state on lands occupied in 1967.
