Israeli Authorities Devastate 3500 Donums of Crops in Negev
NEGEV, February 22, 2007, (WAFA)-The Regional Council for the Non-Recognized Villages in Negev(RCUV) reported Thursday that the Israeli authorities have devastated 3500 Donums of crops on Arab land in Negev, south of Israel.
In a statement, RUCUV said that the Department of " lands of Israeli" destroyed 3500 Donums belonging to al-Zarkan, al-Budoor and Qabboua' families. Israeli bulldozers sprayed chemical components and ploughed the land under a pretext that it is a state property.
" This Israeli plan is to force the inhabitants leave the land as an attempt to seize it as it is shown in the Israeli plan of jaudizing Negev," the RUCUV said.
