IOF Prevents Injured Citizen from Traveling to Jordan for Treatment
SALFEET, February 15, 2007 (WAFA) - Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) prevented Thursday a Palestinian injured citizen from traveling to Jordan for treatment.
The People's Party said in a press release said Moahmmed al-Khatib, from Salfeet, was injured by Israeli troops. The lower part of his body was totally paralyzed.
Al-Khatib's family called upon human rights organizations to immediately intervene and press Israel to let their son travel to Jordan to receive necessary medical treatment.
