Prisoner's Family Calls for Saving Its Son
NABLUS, February 13, 2007, (WAFA)- Family of prisoner, Ismail Aljammal 24, from Nablus, called on HR organizations to pressurize Israel to release him for his health deterioration.
The family issued a statement on Tuesday saying that Aljammal should be released to be able to receive medical treatment.
Yehia Aljammal, the brother of Ismail, said that his brother suffers diseases in blood vissles and needs critical treatment while the Israeli jailers neglect his disease.
Aljammal was arrested on January 1, 2004 and sentenced for 10 years in prison for participation in resisting the Israeli occupation.
Last Month, Jamal al-Sarahin 37, from Hebron died, on January 16, 2007, in Israeli prison because of health deterioration.
