Rafah Crossing Operates Today
RAFAH, February 13, 2007 (WAFA) - The Rafah border Crossing with Egypt in the southern Gaza Strip is still operating Tuesday in both ways, Wael Dahab, Spokesperson of Crossings and Presidential Guard said.
Dahab told WAFA that the Crossing would open today at 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, adding that the crossing will be freely opened for citizens entering into Gaza, when only critical patients who are transferred for treatment abroad and students who study abroad will be allowed to cross into Egypt.
He mentioned that 1200 passengers could leave the Gaza Strip and 511 could enter into Gaza Strip from the Egyptian side Yesterday.
