President Receives Phone Call from US Secretary of State
AMMAN, August 23, 2006 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas received on Wednesday a phone call from the US Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice.
During the phone call, the President briefed Rice on the latest developments in the Palestinian territory in lthe ight of the Israeli ongoing military escalation and the economic crisis emerged from the suspension of international aid.
