GAZA, July 28, 2005 (WAFA) - President Mahmoud Abbas stressed the necessity to hold the Arab summit to bring efforts together and propose resolutions for Arab issues.... In an answer to a question regarding holding the summit meeting, following his participation in the ceremony of the 53rd anniversary of the Egyptian Revolution organized by the Egyptian Embassy in Gaza, Abbas said "is there something more important for Arabs than holding a summit on everyday?".... He confirmed that holding such a summit unites the hearts and efforts and present solutions for various Arab issues.... Earlier on Thursday, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak proposed holding an urgent summit in Sharm el-Sheikh resort on August 3rd, to discuss the latest developments on the Arab arena.... A.D.
