GAZA, July 28, 2005 (WAFA)- Prime Minister Ahmed Qurie affirmed on Thursday the necessity for all factions to stand together to make the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and the southern West Bank a success.... Qurie's remarks came during a meeting of the Higher Follow-up Committee of the National and Islamic Factions in the Ministerial Council Headquarter in Gaza.... He stressed the necessity to make this step a real triumph that can be a starting point toward achieving the national rights.... Premiere Qurie added that the Palestinian National Authority is the only part responsible for planning and implementation in the framework of specified references such as the Palestinian Legislative Council and the PLO....
