BRUSSELS, June 2, 2006 (WAFA)- EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), Javier Solana, will visit the Palestinian Territories and Israel from next Sunday to Tuesday.

A press information issued from Solana's office said the High Representative will meet Monday morning President Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah after meeting the Israeli Prime Minister, Ehud Olmert, in Jerusalem.

During his trip, Mr Solana will meet various representatives from Israeli and Palestinian civil society, the press information said.
