GAZA, May 9, 2004, (WAFA)- Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) demolished Sunday one Palestinian house and destroyed infrastructure in the southern Gaza Strip of al-Qarara, witnesses and Palestinian security sources said.... Witnesses told WAFA that Israeli tanks and bulldozers incurred, early on Sunday, into the village of al- Qarara and destroyed the house of Suleiman Abu Hajjaj, and damaged the infrastructure in the area.... "Israeli bulldozers swept into Abu Haddaf neighbourhood and destroyed Hajjaj's house. They also damaged the electric, sewage and water networks," eyewitness, Ahmed Hajjaj told WAFA.... Hajjaj added that Israeli bulldozers razed arable land around the said house.... Security sources said that Israeli troops, and tanks, moved early on Sunday from the colony of Kissufim, into al-Qarara and destroyed one house and partially damaged one another.... Earlier, two Palestinian citizens were shot and wounded by IOF in the village of Khoza'a, east of the Gaza Strip, medics and security sources said.... Medical sources said two citizens were wounded Saturday night with live gunshots.... Security sources told WAFA that Israeli troops, stationed east of Gaza Strip, fired several rockets and opened heavy fire at Palestinian houses in Khoza'a injuring two civilians....
