TULKAREM, May 7, 2004 (WAFA)-Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) killed Friday three civilians and arrested six others in the West Bank cities of Tulkarem and Nablus, medics and witnesses said.... Medical sources said that Sa’ed Msei’e 28, and Wa’el ‘Abed were shot dead when Israeli soldiers opened random fire at civilians’ houses during an incursion into Nour Shams Refugee Camp of Tulakrem.... Elsewhere, Masim Kalbona 18, was shot in the head with several bullets and instantly killed while he was on his house roof in al-Sheikh Muslim neighbourhood of Nablus.... Witnesses in Nour Shams Refugee Camp said that 17 Israeli tanks, under air cover, stormed the Camp.... They added that Israel soldiers launched an all-out search campaign and arrested Hekmat Abu Safaqa, Hamada Abu Afaqa, Mohammed al-Sahl, Ali Abu Safaqa, Ossama al-‘Anbari and ‘Amar Abdul Karim, leading them to an unknown spot....
