3 Wounded in Beit Lahya
BEIT LAHYA, May 5, 2004, (WAFA) - Three Palestinian citizens were shot and wounded Wednesday by Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) in the northern Gaza Strip city of Beit Lahya, witnesses and medics say.... Witnesses told WAFA that Israeli troops, opened fire at Palestinian citizens in al-Nada neighbourhood, injuring three civilians.... The citizens were gathered to protest against the continued Israeli crimes against them in the city.... Palestinian medical sources, in Beit Lahya, said that three citizens were moderately wounded with live gunshots.... At least 20 Palestinian citizens, including children, were killed and 100 others were wounded during the latest Israeli invasion into Beit Lahya, two weeks ago, medical sources reported....
