IOF Kills Civilian in Ramallah
RAMMALLAH, April 16, 2004 (WAFA) -Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) killed Friday a Palestinian teenager in the West Bank city of Ramallah, Medics and Palestinian security sources said.... Medical sources reported that Hussein Awad 17, from Rammallh village of Betonia died after Israeli soldiers deliberately opened fire at him. He was hit with a live bullet in the head.... Security sources affirmed dozens of civilians were wounded when Israeli soldiers indiscriminately opened fire and gas canisters at a rally, in Betonia village, protesting the Israeli construction of the "Apartheid Wall".... "Many numbers of the protesters suffered from suffocation and Awad was hit in the head and instantly killed", witnesses said....
