Government announces five new cases of coronavirus in Palestine

 

RAMALLAH, Monday, March 9, 2020 (WAFA) – The Palestinian government confirmed today discovery of five new cases of coronavirus in Palestine, four of them in Bethlehem and one, for the first time, in the northern West Bank city of Tulkarm.

This brings the total so far in Palestine to 25, with Bethlehem having 24 of the cases.

The Bethlehem four were in contact with those previously infected with the disease, and the Tulkarm case is a worker in Israel, according to the government spokesman.
