RAMALLAH, Saturday, March 07, 2020 (WAFA) – A rise in temperature is expected for today with partly cloudy and relatively cold conditions and low chance of scattered rainfall on some districts in the morning, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Moderate to active northwesterly wind is expected with medium to high sea waves.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 15°C and a low of 8°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 14°C and a low of 7°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 23°C and a low of 12°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 19°C and a low of 12°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
A significant rise in temperature is expected for Sunday and Monday to become 7°C above the seasonal average, with clear and relatively warm spring conditions in all districts.
Temperature, however, is expected to drop significantly on Tuesday, said the PMD.
