RAMALLAH, Thursday, May 16, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather on Thursday is warm in mountainous districts and very warm in the Jordan Valley with steady temperature which remains 6°C above the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northwesterly to northeasterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.

Friday’s temperature is set to slightly rise and approach 7°C above the seasonal average with warm conditions in mountainous districts and very warm conditions in the Jordan Valley.

Saturday’s temperature is set to significantly drop and approach 2°C above the seasonal average, paving the way to mainly clear and pleasant conditions in mountainous districts and relatively warm conditions in the Jordan Valley.

Saturday’s temperature is set to remain steady with clear and mainly pleasant conditions in mountainous districts and relatively warm conditions in other districts.

PMD warns people against direct exposure to sunlight for long period, particularly from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and setting fire to dry leaves and grass.
