RAMALLAH, Friday, May 10, 2019 (WAFA) –Friday’s temperature is set to slightly rise and approach 4°C below the seasonal average with partially cloudy and relatively cold conditions in mountainous districts and pleasant conditions in other districts in daytime, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Relatively cold to cold conditions are expected for nighttime. Wind is northwesterly to westerly and light to moderate in daytime before turning moderate to active in nighttime. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 20°C and a low of 12°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 19°C and a low of 11°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 18°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 23°C and a low of 15°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Saturday’s temperature is set to significantly rise and approach the seasonal average, paving the way to mainly clear and mild conditions in daytime in mountainous districts, and relatively warm conditions in other districts, with relatively cold conditions in nighttime.

Sunday’s temperature is set to rise and approach 3°C above the seasonal average with mainly clear and pleasant conditions in mountainous districts and relatively warm conditions in other districts.

PMD expects Monday’s temperature to further rise and approach 5°C above the seasonal average with relatively warm to warm conditions in all districts.
