RAMALLAH, Thursday, April 18, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold to cold without any change in temperature, which remains five degrees Celsius below the annual average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
A chance of sporadic light rain is expected on some districts, particularly the northern. Wind is westerly to northwesterly and moderate to active. Sea waves are medium.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 15°C and a low of 9°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 14°C and a low of 8°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 16°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 19°C and a low of 15°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
PMD expects Friday, Saturday, and Sunday’s temperature to drop and become seven degrees Celsius under the annual average with partially cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold conditions in daytime and cold conditions in nighttime. A chance of sporadic light rain is expected on some districts, particularly the northern.
PMD warns people against slippery roads and low visibility.
