RAMALLAH, Wednesday, April 17, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather on Wednesday is partially cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold to cold, with steady temperature which remains 5°C below the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

A chance of sporadic light rains is expected on some districts, particularly the northern. Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly and moderate to active. Sea waves are medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 15°C and a low of 9°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 14°C and a low of 8°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 16°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 19°C and a low of 15°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Thursday’s temperature is expected to remain steady with partially cloudy and relatively cold to cold conditions in most districts, particularly in mountainous districts. Periods of light rains are expected on some districts, especially the northern.

PMD expects Friday and Saturday’s temperature to remain steady with partially cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold conditions in daytime and cold conditions in nighttime. A chance of sporadic light rains is expected on some districts, particularly the northern.

PMD warns people against slippery roads and low visibility.
