RAMALLAH, Sunday, March 03, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is relatively cold to very cold and clear with a rise in temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is westerly to southwesterly and moderate to active. Sea waves are medium in height.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 13°C and a low of 7°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 12°C and a low of 5°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 12°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 19°C and a low of 11°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Temperature is expected to slightly drop on Monday with a chance of rain on most districts.

Heavy rain, accompanied by occasional thunderstorms, is expected for Tuesday together with a slight rise in temperature. A little chance of scattered rain is likely on Wednesday but with no significant change in temperature.

PMD warns people against gusty winds, floods in low areas and valleys, low visibility due to fog formation and slippery roads.
