RAMALLAH, Thursday, November 15, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Thursday is cloudy, cold with a chance of scattered rain and possibly thunderstorms on some areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Wind is southwesterly to westerly, moderate to active and sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 17°C and a low of 11°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 16°C and a low of 10°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 15°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 14°C in Gaza and the coast.
A drop in temperature is expected for Friday to become 4 to 5°C lower than its annual average with rain expected on most areas along with thunderstorms.
Saturday’s temperature is expected to rise but remains below the seasonal average.
Another rise in temperature is expected for Sunday to become around 2°C above the annual average.
The PMD warned from floods in the low areas on Thursday and Friday and low visibility due to formation of fog and low clouds.
