BEIT LAHIA, Wednesday, November 14, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli army forces Wednesday injured and detained a Palestinian man as he was approached the border fence on Gaza’s northern border, said WAFA correspondent.
Soldiers opened live fire on the man as he approached the border fence and detained him for questioning.
This came as cautious calm prevails in the besieged coastal enclave following an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire agreement that has ended the flare-up of violence.
The fresh wave of violence erupted following a botched deadly clandestine Israeli commando raid into Khan Younes.
