JORDAN VALLEY, Tuesday, November 06, 2018 (WAFA) – The Israeli military Tuesday ordered farmers in the village of Bardala, in the northern Jordan Valley in the occupied West Bank, to uproot about 260 olive trees planted in their land under the pretext the land was state owned, according to Aref Daraghmeh, a local activist.
He said that soldiers left notices during the night in the land ordering the farmers to uproot them within 45 days. Some of the trees date back to 20 years and some are located close to homes.
