Jordan Valley family left homeless after Israeli forces dismantled its shelter

JORDAN VALLEY, Monday, November 05, 2018 (WAFA) – Northern Jordan Valley family of Omar Bsharat was left without shelter on Monday after Israeli forces raided its tent and dismantled it, according to  Aref Daraghmeh, a local activist.

He said the soldiers seized the tent and also dismantled a shed where Bsharat was keeping his flock of sheep.

Israeli forces demolished last month a number of residential tents and sheds that belonged to Bsharat under the pretext they were built without a permit.

Israel does not allow Palestinian construction or development in the Jordan Valley, located in Area C, which amounts to almost two-thirds of the area of the occupied West Bank.
