JORDAN VALLEY, Sunday, October 28, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces on Sunday chased Palestinian shepherds while they were grazing their livestock in open fields in the northern Jordan Valley region, in the occupied West Bank, said a local activist.
Aref Daraghmeh, a local rights activist, told WAFA that Israeli forces chased after shepherds grazing fields in the area before briefly detaining one of them.
Israeli army has been restricting access of shepherds to pastures in an apparent attempt to force Palestinian citizens out of the area for the benefit of Israeli settlement activities.
