Israeli settlers raze lands near Bethlehem

BETHLEHEM, Sunday, October 21, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli bulldozers Sunday razed lands in the area of Khillet al-Nahla, southeast of the city of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.

Hasan Breijeh, a local activist, told WAFA that Israeli settlers’ bulldozers, under heavy protection by Israeli forces, razed lands in the aforementioned area.

The lands, which belong to the family of Ebayat, were razed in order to create a bypass road as well as construct housing units and agricultural structures for Israeli settlers.

The area of Khillet al-Nahla has recently been under several attacks by Israeli settlers and forces that aim to confiscate more Palestinian lands in favor of Jewish settlements.
