GAZA, July 13, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli snipers on Friday shot and killed a Palestinian minor identified as Othman Rami Hilles, 15, while he was partaking in the ongoing non-violent Great March of Return protests at Gaza-Israel border.
Forces manning the border fence fired live bullets and teargas canisters towards the protesters who gathered at many encampments along the border, killing Hilles and injuring about 30 other protesters.
The latest murder brings the number of Palestinians who were killed by Israeli forces since the outbreak of the protests on March 30 to 138. About 15,000 others have also been injured.
