JERUSALEM, July 8, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli police over night and early Sunday detained eight Palestinians, most of whom are minors, from the East Jerusalem town of Silwan, in addition to a man from the Hebron area, in the southern West Bank, according to Wadi Hilweh Information Center.
Israeli Police detained five Palestinian minors between the ages of 13 and 16, in addition to a 19-year-old in the East Jerusalem town of Silwan.
Late Saturday night, the police detained a man and his son from inside their commercial store in the Old City of Jerusalem after physically assaulting them.
Meanwhile in the West Bank district of Hebron, Israeli soldiers detained a Palestinian, from Hebron’s Dura town, at the “Container” Israeli military checkpoint, north of Bethlehem.
