HEBRON, July 2, 2018 (WAFA) – The Israeli army set up on Monday several caravans on Palestinian land in an area east of Hebron, in the south of the West Bank, near a military camp, reported WAFA correspondent.
He said the army set up the caravans near the camp, which was set up on land belonging to the Jaber family around one month ago.
The land is located near the illegal Kiryat Arba settlement.
Normally the army sets up a temporary military base before turning it over to settlers to turn it into a settlement, which is what the Palestinian residents of the area have expressed concern that could happen.
