Weather: Rise in temperature to above annual average

 

RAMALLAH, June 20, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Wednesday is clear and moderate in most areas as temperature remains two degrees Celsius above its annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northwesterly, light to moderate, active at times and sea waves are low.

Temperature on Wednesday is expected to be in the upper 20s to low 30s during the day in the Gaza Strip and most of the West Bank, with the exception of the Jordan Valley where temperature is expected to be the upper 30s. Temperature drops at night to the upper teens to low 20s in Palestine in general.

Weather and temperature are expected to remain the same on Thursday.

Friday’s weather is clear and relatively hot. Temperature is expected to rise approaching four degrees Celsius above its annual average.

Weather on Saturday is partially cloudy to clear and moderate in most areas. Temperature is expected to drop while remaining a bit higher than annual average.
