RAMALLAH, May 13, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces overnight and early Sunday detained 16 Palestinians, including two minors, from several areas in the occupied West Bank, according to a statement issued by the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).
Israeli soldiers detained six Palestinians from the city of Ramallah, three from Qalqilya, two from Jenin, two 17-year-olds from Bethlehem, and one more from Nablus.
PPS said two Palestinians were also detained in the town of Abu Dis, east of occupied East Jerusalem, in addition to one of the Islamic Waqf guards of al-Aqsa mosque.
PPS said at least 10 Palestinians have been detained by Israeli forces in the past two days.
