RAMALLAH, May 11, 2018 (WAFA) - Weather on Friday is partially cloudy to clear, warm and occasionally dusty in daytime and relatively cold in nighttime, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Temperatures are set to significantly drop and approach the seasonal average, paving the way to increasing cloudiness and scattered showers later at night. Wind is northwesterly to westerly, moderate to active. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem is set to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 15°C and in Ramallah a high of 24°C and a low of 14°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 32°C and a low of 20°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 20°C in Gaza.

Weather on Saturday is mostly cloudy and relatively cold in mountainous areas and mild in other areas with a significant drop in temperatures which approach five °C lower than the average. A chance of scattered rain showers with occasional thunderstorms is expected on most areas in the morning and late night.

Considerably cloudy and relatively cold conditions are expected for Sunday in mountainous areas and mild conditions for other areas with steady temperatures. Sporadic rain showers with occasional thunderstorms are expected on most areas.

Partially cloudy and pleasant conditions are expected for Monday in daytime and relatively cold conditions in nighttime. Temperatures are set to rise and approach three °C below the average.
