RAMALLAH, April 30, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Monday is partly cloudy to clear and relatively warm in mountainous areas and warm in the Jordan Valley with an additional rise in temperatures, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Sporadic light rains are expected to fall on some areas. Wind is southeasterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem is set to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 17°C and in Ramallah a high of 26°C and a low of 16°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 35°C and a low of 20°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 20°C in Gaza.
PMD expects mostly cloudy and relatively warm conditions to prevail on Tuesday in mountainous areas and warm conditions in the Jordan Valley. Temperatures are set to further rise and approach three °C above the seasonal average with a chance of sporadic light rains developing in the afternoon.
Partly cloudy and relatively warm conditions are expected for Wednesday in mountainous areas and warm conditions in the Jordan Valley. Temperatures are set to rise and approach four °C above the average. There is a chance of sporadic light rains developing on some areas.
Thursday’s weather is partly cloudy, warm, dry and occasionally dusty. Temperatures are set to rise and approach five °C above the seasonal average.
