Hebron, April 26, 2018 (WAFA) - Israeli forces blocked on Thursday the main entrance to the Hebron-area campus of Khadouri Technical University and prevented students and staff from entering, according to Palestinian security sources.

They told WAFA that Israeli forces, at order from the Israeli army commander in the south of West Bank, blocked the entrance to the university on the Jerusalem-Hebron road and prevented students and the staff from accessing its campus.

The students and staff were forced to look for alternate dirt roads to reach the campus.

The Ministry of Education condemned the Israeli closure of the entrance to the university saying it violates international law that guarantees freedom of education and an infringement on the right of Palestinians to get education.
