RAMALLAH, April 5, 2018 (WAFA) – A delegation from the American Federation of Ramallah – Palestine headed by its president, Hanna Hanania, met in Ramallah on Thursday with Mayor Mousa Hadid to discuss plans for the upcoming Federation convention planned for July in Ramallah.

A press release by the Ramallah Municipality said Hadid welcomed the delegation of Ramallah expatriates, stressing that the city is ready to host the 60^th convention of the American Federation of Ramallah, which is scheduled to be held between July 4 and 7.

The last convention held in Ramallah was in 2014.

The convention brings together thousands of US-based Ramallah expatriates in four days of activities that reinforce their ties to their homeland, particularly among the younger generations.
