PEX report: index ‘down’ at start of week’s trading

NABLUS, January 21, 2018 (WAFA) – The ‘Al-Quds Index‘ of the Palestine Exchange closed Sunday trading at 579.36 points, down by 3.49 points compared to the last trading session, according to PEX daily report. 

A Total of 285,531 shares were traded with a value of $594,766.592 executed during 114 transactions. 

Shares of 18 companies were traded. Share price increased in six companies and decreased in six other companies.

Top five gainers: AIG by (3.57%), NAPCO by (3.39%), PEC by (0.75%), PIBC by (0.74%), and APIC by (0.48%).

Top five decliners: ARAB by (-4.30%), AIB by (-3.37%), NCI by (-2.86%), PRICO by (-2.04%), and WATANIYA by (-1.77%).
