JENIN, January 19, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Friday detained four Palestinians in the Jenin area, whereas a Palestinian driver was detained near King Hussein (Allenby) Bridge border crossing between the West Bank and Jordan for allegedly attacking Israeli soldiers, said local and security forces.
At least four Palestinians were detained during a military raid into the town of Yamoun, west of Jenin city.
Forces reportedly raided and thoroughly searched the home of a local resident in the town of Yamoun and detained two Palestinians along with two of their friends who were present at the house at the time of the raid.
Forces further confiscated a number of cellular phones, in addition to an outdoor surveillance camera.
Meanwhile, Israeli media outlets said a Palestinian driver was detained after he allegedly attacked soldiers near Allenby Bridge, lightly injuring one of them. Israeli media outlets said the driver had no permit to enter the area. He was taken for investigation.
