RAMALLAH, December 28, 2017 (WAFA) – Weather on Friday is mostly cloudy and relatively cold in daytime and mostly clear and cold in nighttime with a chance of sporadic rains, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Temperatures are set to slightly rise and approach three degrees Celsius (°C) above the seasonal average. Wind is southeasterly to northwesterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.
Temperatures in Jerusalem are set to reach a high of 17°C and a low of 10°C and in Ramallah a high of 15°C and a low of 8°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 13°C, while is expected to reach a high of 20°C and a low of 13°C in Gaza.
Temperatures are set to drop and approach the seasonal average on Saturday with partly cloudy and relatively cold conditions in daytime and cold conditions.
Mainly sunny and relatively cold conditions are expected for Sunday in daytime and partly cloudy and cold conditions in nighttime with a further drop in temperatures and a chance of rain evening showers which evolve into more steady rain overnight.
PMD expects a further drop in temperatures on Monday with cloudy and cold conditions. Rain showers are expected in the morning and afternoon.
