TUBAS, December 27, 2017 (WAFA) – Palestinian residents of the villages of Aqaba and Farisyeh in the occupied Jordan Valley were alarmed on ðWednesday when Israeli army units carried out training with live ammunition near their villages, according to local sources.
The military exercises went on through the night and took place near homes frightening the local civilians.
Israel uses military training in populated Palestinian areas as a pretext to force the local communities in what it describes as firing zones to leave those areas, which Israel hopes to one day annex after emptying them of their Palestinian population.
