RAMALLAH, December 23, 2017 (WAFA) – A slight drop in temperature is expected for Saturday, which anyhow remains about 8 degrees Celsius above its median for this time of the year, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department.

Wind is southwesterly to westerly, light to moderate and active at times. Sea waves are low to medium height.

A significant drop in temperature to become below the average median is expected for Sunday, Christmas Eve, as the area is affected by a low pressure and cold front and scattered rain is expected to fall on most areas of Palestine during the night accompanied by gusty wind.

Another drop in temperature and rain are expected for Monday, which rises again on Tuesday to become around its annual median.

The PMD expects low visibility during the low pressure from fog and low clouds and warned of slippery roads and flooding in valleys and low areas.
