JERUSALEM, December 18, 2017 (WAFA) – Israeli army forces fired gunshots in the air at the military checkpoint Qalandia to scare off a girl who was approaching the checkpoint from the vehicles’ designated entrance.
Witnesses told WAFA that soldiers shot a bullet in the air after they saw a Palestinian girl approaching the checkpoint from the entrance usually used by vehicles instead of walking through the gates for people on foot.
They said the girl heard the gunshots and immediately changed her route.
