HEBRON, December 18, 2017 (WAFA) – Israeli army forces Monday raided Al-Aroub refugee camp and suppressed a demonstration against the US President Donald Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
Israeli troops raided the college campus and physically assaulted the students and prevented them from protesting.
The soldiers also detained a student and released him later, said local sources.
Since Trump’s announcement about his country’s recognition of Jerusalem as the capital and plans to move the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, Palestinian students in many universities and colleges have been protesting the move.
