RAMALLAH, June 8, 2017 (WAFA) – Weather on Thursday is very hot during the day as a heat wave hits Palestine and the region, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Temperature is expected to approach eight degrees Celsius higher than the seasonal average. Wind is northwesterly to northeasterly, light to moderate and sea waves are low.
The PMD expects weather on Friday to remain very hot in spite of a slight drop in temperature to approach six degrees Celsius higher than the seasonal average.
Temperature is set to significantly drop and approach seasonal average on Saturday with clear skies and pleasant conditions.
The PMD warns people against direct exposure to sunlight on Thursday and Friday, especially in peak hours.
