RAMALLAH, February 11, 2017 (WAFA) – Weather on Saturday is partially cloudy to cloudy with a drop in temperature to become around its annual average. A chance of scattered rain showers along with thunderstorms at times are expected in the afternoon, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD.)
Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, active at times. Sea waves are low.
The PMD also said weather on Sunday is expected to be partially cloudy to cloudy and cold with another drop in temperature approaching to three degrees Celsius lower than its annual average. Rain with thunderstorms and hail is expected on most areas.
Monday’s weather is cloudy and cold. Temperature is set to drop four degrees Celsius lower than its annual average. Rain with thunderstorms and hail is expected on most areas.
Partially cloudy to cloudy and cold to very cold weather is expected on Tuesday. A further drop in temperature is expected to approach five degrees Celsius lower than its annual average. Rain with thunderstorms and hail is expected on most areas.
The PMD warns citizens against low horizontal visibility due to fog and low clouds. Citizens are also warned against the formation of floods in low areas.
