RAMALLAH, January 23, 2017 (WAFA) – Israeli forces detained 24 Palestinians from across the West Bank and Jerusalem, including a woman and seven minors, the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said on Monday.
It said Israeli police detained nine Palestinians, including six minors from Issawiyeh, two others from the Old City and one from Ras el-Amoud, all East Jerusalem neighborhoods.
Forces also detained a woman identified as Thuraya Abu Sal along with another person from Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron. Two others from the Hebron area were also arrested.
A 15-year-old from the town of Az’oun, in Qalqilia, five from the Bethlehem area, four from Nablus and one from Jenin were also detained, said the PPS.
