TULKARM, January 18, 2017 (WAFA) – A Palestinian was shot dead by Israeli soldiers on Tuesday evening after he allegedly attempted to attack them, according to witnesses.
They said Nidal Mahdawi, 44, from the suburb of Sheiwkeh, north of Tulkarm, was shot dead for alleged stabbing attack at a military checkpoint.
Mahdawi is the second Palestinian killed by Israeli forces in 24 hours, the first being Qusai al-Imour, 17, who was killed during clashes near Bethlehem.
