RAMALLAH, July 9, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Saturday summoned six Palestinians during separate dawn raids into the Ramallah town of Silwad and the Hebron town of Beit Ummar, said security forces and a local activist.
Forces raided Silwad town, east of Ramallah, where they summoned four Palestinians after storming and searching their houses.
Khaled Hamed, Walid Hamed, Islam Hamed and Yasser Abu-Zeina were handed notices ordering them to appear before Israeli intelligence.
Meanwhile, Spokesperson for the Popular Committee against the Wall and Settlements in Beit Ummar said Israeli forces summoned two Palestinians after storming their family houses in the town.
Omar Ayyad, 29, and Murshed Z‘aqiq, 40, were handed notices ordering them to appear before intelligence in Gush Etzion detention and interrogation center.
Both Ayyad and Z‘aqiq are ex-detainees. Ayyad had been released from Israeli custody two months ago after being held for a year and a half. Z‘aqiq was released just a week ago.
